Cara membuat: 1. Campur Almond bubuk dan gula halus, aduk rata. 2. Siapakan loyang yang dialasi kertas roti. 3. Kocok putih telur sampai agak mengembang 4. Masukan gula kastor, kocok telur hingga soft peak. 5. Tuang campuran gula dan Almond sedikit demi sedikit, aduk secara hati² dan merata hingga tepung habis. 6. Siapkan piping back dengan spuit Nr. 12 atau bisa juga tanpa spuit ( ujung piping bag di gunting). Tuang adonan ke dalam piping bag. 7. Bentuk adonan diatas loyang, besarnya sesuai dengan yang anda inginkan. 8. Biarkan adonan di suhu ruangan minimal 1 jam atau sampai permukaan adonan tidak lengket jika disentuh dengan jari. 9. Panaskan oven dengan suhu antara 150-160°c. Panggang adonan sampai matang. Waktu pembakaran tergantung besar-kecilnya adonan . 10. Setelah matang, biarkan kuker hingga dingin, baru kemudian kuker dapat dilepaskan dengan mudah dari kertas roti.
